- Hog Mountain Animal Hospital is on your left about 1/4 mile at the corner of Hog Mountain Road.

- Take GA 324/ Auburn Road West.
- Stay on course as GA 324 changes names to Gravel Springs Road as you pass Dacula Road
- Make your 5th right onto Hog Mountain Church Road
- Hog Mountain Animal Hospital is straight ahead at the corner of Hog Mountain Church Road and Hog Mountain Road.
FROM BUFORD or CUMMING:
- Take GA Highway 20 East.
- Make a left onto GA 324/ Gravel Springs Road East.
- Pass GA 124/ Braselton Highway.
- Make your first left past GA 124 onto Hog Mountain Church Road.
- Hog Mountain Animal Hospital is straight ahead at the corner of Hog Mountain Church Road and Hog Mountain Road.
FROM DACULA:
- Take Dacula Road North
- Make a left onto GA 324/ Gravel Springs Road West.
- Make your 5th right onto Hog Mountain Church Road
- Hog Mountain Animal Hospital is straight ahead at the corner of Hog Mountain Church Road and Hog Mountain Road.
FROM LAWRENCEVILLE:
- Take GA Highway 20/ Buford Drive North.
- Make a right onto GA 124/ Braselton Highway North
- Go approximately 7 miles.
- Turn right onto GA 324/ Gravel Springs Road.
- Make your first left onto Hog Mountain Church Road.
- Hog Mountain Animal Hospital is about 1/4 mile ahead at the corner of Hog Mountain Road.

- Take GA Highway 20/ Grayson Highway North.
