Directions to CPT - Johns Creek
 From West Alpharetta:
- Take Bethany Road east.
- Bear left and continue east as Bethany Road turns into McGinnis Ferry Road
- Travel east approximately two miles on McGinnis Ferry Road.
- Make a left turn into the Flynn Crossing Shopping Center, which is at the intersection of McGinnis Ferry Road and Windward Parkway.
- South Forsyth Animal Hospital is on the left side of the Flynn Crossing Shopping Center.
Alternately:
- Take Windward Parkway east until it ends.
- Continue straight at the light and proceed directly into the Flynn Crossing Shopping Center.
- South Forsyth Animal Hospital is on the left side of the Flynn Crossing Shopping Center.
From Dawsonville, North Forsyth, or East Cumming:
- Take GA 400 south.
- Take Exit 12/McFarland Road. Make a left at the end of the ramp.
- Take McFarland appx. 1.5 miles to the end.
- Go into the left turn lane and make a left turn at the light onto McGinnis Ferry Road.
- Travel appx. .5 miles. Then, follow directions #4 and 5 for West Alpharetta.
From East Alpharetta, Johns Creek or Duluth:
- Take McGinnis Ferry west appx 2.5 miles after crossing GA 141. Remember to make a right turn at the light to remain on McGinnis Ferry where McGinnis Ferry splits with Sargent Road.
- Before the light for Windward Parkway, make a right turn into the Flynn Crossing Shopping Center. South Forsyth Animal Hospital is on the left side of the center.
From West Cumming:
- Take Windermere Parkway appx. 4.5 miles south. Windermere will change names to Mathis Airport Road and Brookwood Road.
- Make a right turn onto McGinnis Ferry Road.
- Travel appx. 2.5 miles on McGinnis Ferry. Then, before the light for Windward Parkway, make a right turn into the Flynn Crossing Shopping Center. South Forsyth Animal Hospital is on the left side of the center.
From South Alpharetta or East Roswell:
- Take Jones Bridge Road north appx. 3 miles.
- Make a left turn onto McGinnis Ferry Road west.
- Follow direction #3 above for West Cumming.
From Atlanta, Roswell, or Dunwoody:
- Take GA 400 north.
- Take Exit 11/Windward Parkway. Make a right turn at the end of the ramp.
- Travel apppx. 3 miles. Windward Parkway will dead end into the Flynn Crossing Shopping Center. Proceed straight at the light into the Center.
